Scientists estimate that one third of the world’s food crops and four-fifths of its flowering plants depend on some form of insect pollination, mainly by bees. Yet honeybees and native bees around the globe are declining in numbers. Join us at the UC Hansen Agricultural Center on UPDATE: DATE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO APRIL 2nd!!! The UC Hansen Agricultural Center will be open on March 26th from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for self-guided Faulkner House, garden tours, and Master Gardener plant sale.
