HOLLYWOOD, CA (AUG 07, 2010) – Woman’s Club of Hollywood will be hosting an Open Artist Call for a Juried Exhibit.

Deadline: August 27th. This exhibit is being juried by Sylvia White of the Sylvia White Gallery. The curators of the exhibit will be Laurel Huggins, artist/designer, and Sandra McCullough, owner/founder of Gallery 255 and Sea Breeze Art Studios.

February 2010, the Woman’s Club of Hollywood instituted some dramatic and exciting changes to enhance the membership of this 105 year old organization and revitalize the use of their historic building. The main purpose of this exhibit is to create an exciting contemporary art exhibit that will expose a multitude of people to the Woman’s Club of Hollywood and create an on-going venue for artists.

“Reflecting Beauty” runs September 16 – October 23, 2010. The opening artist reception will be held on Thursday, September 16 from 6:00 - 9:00 pm.
