SANTA PAULA, CA – On Sunday, February 10, 2013, visitors to the Santa Paula Art Museum will have a special opportunity to see an artist-in-action and witness the creation of an original oil painting. From 1 to 3 p.m., the Museum’s Great Hall will be transformed into a casual working studio for oil painter Gina Niebergall who is featured in the current Art About Agriculture exhibit.
