SAINT FRANCIS OF ASSISI ACADEMY St. Francis of Assisi Academy is now accepting applications for the school year 2012/2013. This is a Pre– K program (must be 4yrs. by December 1st 2012). Program is from 8:30a.m. to 11:30a.m. From September 2012 to Mid June 2013. For applications or more information please come to the Parochial Center, or call Maggie at 805-524-1306 SAINT SEBASTIAN SCHOOL SERVES 3 PARISHES AND OURS IS ONE OF THEM. We are enrolling now for the 2012-2013 school year. If interested, please call us for more information or stop by any time to visit a classroom. Applications are also available for tuition assistance from CEF (Catholic Education Foundation). Applications can be picked up at our school office and are due back to our office by Friday, March 3. Fr Peter Banks, will preach at all of the Masses on Saturday, March 17th and Sunday March 18th inspiring us on our journey through Lent. Fr will lead an afternoon reflection on Sunday, March 18th starting at 3PM in classrooms 5 & 6. Learn to make Rosary’s for the Missions We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. March meeting will be on the 14 at 10 in Rm 6. We look forward to seeing you there. Catechism Corner—Very soon, we will have our Parent / Child sessions for first confession, dates will be announced soon. Parents, please go over the act of Contrition with your child each evening & explain the words to them. Next week the catechists will give out a copy of the word list that I gave to you on words to know for first confession.
