American Red Cross Lifeguarding course is being offered by the City of Fillmore on September 25-27 and October 2-4. Hours are Fridays 5:30-8:30 PM and Saturdays & Sundays 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You must be a least 15 years of age to take the course. All participants must pass a prequalifying swim on the first day of class. Cost is $150.00. Class size is limited to 10 people. Once you pass the course you will receive a Red Cross certification in Lifeguarding, First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer. You must sign up at City Hall.
