Cable Out
The cities of Piru and Fillmore lost all Time Warner cable service Thursday, for approximately 7 hours. Service was reconnected about 10:00 p.m., after exhaustive efforts by approximately 12 company specialists. The outage was due to an improperly installed cable in 1991, which was accidentally cut because it was not placed with enough depth. It had been laid on top of the old concrete highway which is now Santa Clara Street. By Anonymous — Wednesday, May 28th, 2008
