Ventura County Sheriff's Department On 07-28-2011, Vintage Oil field workers discovered a large amount of metal missing from an inactive oil pumping site in the 17000 block of South Mountain Road in Santa Paula. Fillmore Station Patrol Deputies were contacted and responded to the scene. During the initial investigation evidence was recovered that indicated (S) Jeffrey Daniel was involved in the theft.
