Fillmore father and son Roque Rivera Sr. & Roque Rivera Jr. competed in the Grappling X Southern California Jiu-Jitsu Championships in Pasadena. Both athletes were 1st Place Champions in their respective divisions. Roque Jr. also took 2nd Place in the youth no-gi submission grappling division. Both athletes train in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Professor Michael Torres at Perce’s Kenpo Karate Studio.
