In response to overwhelming community support, the Fillmore Library, located at 502 Second Street in Fillmore, is adding hours to its schedule. Effective April 14, 2008, the new hours of service are as follows: Monday and Tuesday 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm; Wednesday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm; Closed on Sunday.
The Fillmore Library is part of the Ventura County Library system, a system of fourteen libraries throughout the county of Ventura. The library offers storytimes and speakers, wi-fi internet access, downloadable audio books, business resources, and more. The library can be visited during open hours, or 24/7 at www.vencolibrary.org.
