Denise Santa Rosa has won the Fillmore May Festival Poster Art Contest. Denise’s 3rd grade teacher is Jamie Castro, Mountain Vista Elementary School. Denise will be awarded a check for $50 on the steps of city hall at the festival, right after the May Festival Parade. There were approximately 75 entries and this year it was a difficult decision due to so many good entries. The entries will be displayed at the festival for the community to enjoy. The posters will be passed out among Fillmore businesses.
