Margarita Eidson, our District Group Rep introduced Scott Phillips, the District Governor. He is a member of the Goleta Noontime Club and joined in 2013. The Rotary theme this year is Imagine Rotary. The overall goals of Rotary are to eradicate polio, give clean water to everyone, to free the world of disease and teach every child to read.
