Tim Hagel, a past President of the Rotary Club Fillmore and 38-year member of the Sheriffs Department, was the Fillmore Rotary speaker last week. He has worked with kids who could become gang members and leads them on the right path. He is also an explorer and guide who leads groups on kayak trips in Alaska.
