The most recent Fillmore Rotary speaker was Jim Wisdom, from the Westlake Village Rotary. The program title was “How to Successfully Exit Your Business.” Exit planning is a good business strategy starting early on in the business. Plan ahead about how long you want to be in business and what you want to do when you retire. Is your business transferable or will you sell the business?
