Illegal Parking

A little molten sulfur with your mocha, anyone? Big rigs like this one carrying Molten Sulfur have been parking illegally on Hwy. 126 in front of Starbucks, despite the Right Turn Only sign--inset. They block the right-turn lane and present a real danger of unaware drivers turning the corner and rear-ending them from A Street. Also, cars attempting to turn right from the Vons parking lot onto Hwy 126 have their view blocked. We need a NO PARKING sign here! And, maybe an IQ drivers test.
