Applications are now available for Oxnard’s annual Christmas Parade scheduled for Saturday, December 6, 2008. This year’s theme celebrates “A Cinematic Christmas” and participants are encouraged to create entries using movies as a backdrop. Interested clubs, schools, individuals, bands and businesses are encouraged to apply. Applications may be picked up at the Oxnard Downtown Management District office located at 326 South “B” Street (in the parking structure across from City Hall), or downloaded from the city’s website at www.ci.oxnard.ca.us.
