A new Artisan Bakery and Wheat Mill are planned for Fillmore, opening in August. A lot of work has gone into remodeling and updating the former Lizette’s Jewelry building at 411 Central Avenue, which was extensively damaged in a fire in January 2013, and will house the bakery. Owners Robert Dedlow and Andrea Crawford, of Kenter Canyon Farms, will be bringing a variety of milled wheat goods to Fillmore.
