Central Avenue’s “brick” crosswalks are being replaced as the storm drain construction nears completion. Paving on Central, from Highway 126 to Sespe Avenue, will be the next step, much to the relief to long-suffering Central Avenue merchants. Despite significant disruption of traffic for more than a year, the construction company responsible for the work receives high praise for its work.
