On Friday, November 10th the Piru Petroleum Club held their last luncheon of the year honoring local Veterans. Approximately 55 Veterans were guests of the Club for a rib-eye steak lunch. The lunch was sponsored by the following club members: David & Susan Dollar, Tom & Linda Robertson, Larry & Jeanne Carpenter, Rowe & Molly Burgett, Bob & Mikki Brown, Dick & Barbara Purves, Steven & Robyn Smith, Mike Thompson, Jerry and Lynda Edmonds. The Club is a non-profit and donates to many local youth groups, SCV Hospice, sports programs and the band program to name a few.
