Aaron Farmer and Sarah Cameron with The Retail Coach will be conducting a meeting with local business owners Monday, March 23rd at 6:00 pm at Fillmore City Hall located at 250 Central Avenue. The Retail Coach has been working with the City to develop a comprehensive demographic and psychographic profile of Fillmore. The profile identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the community in the eyes of the retailer. The Retail Coach will be sharing their findings with local business owners. These findings include:

• Buying habits of Fillmore residents
• Describe retail sales leakage to other cities.
• Opportunities to retail businesses.
• Coaching session for local business owners.
