Riverbed Overdose Sends One to Hospital

On Friday, April 21, 2023, at 8:10pm, Fillmore City Fire Department, Fillmore Police, and AMR Paramedics were dispatched to a reported overdose in the Santa Clara riverbed, under the A Street Bridge. According to radio traffic, an overdose was confirmed and Narcan was given to the patient who was transported to a local hospital.
