Rotary Club of Fillmore hosted Stephanie West and Charleen Boucher as guest speakers. They talked about VC Trykers, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating and providing mobility by providing Amtryke adaptive tricycles. These tricycles benefit both children and adults.
