Rotary Club Learns About the Fillmore, Piru & Sespe Watershed

Last week, Fillmore Rotary enjoyed a program by Murray McEachron and John Lindquist from the United Water Conservation District. They discussed water issues in the Fillmore, Piru and Sespe watershed. Because of the great water years recently, almost all the water basins are full. It is more water than we’ve seen in 10 years. This captured water can be released when needed.
