Walking Fitness Program Includes FREE Orthopedic Screening

Ventura, CA - Community Memorial Health System offers a free Walking Fitness Program every Tuesday and Thursday 8 to 9:30 a.m. at Community Park in Ventura providing participants with blood pressure screenings before and after each walk to help monitor heart health.
