Williams Homes Creekside Residential Development Underway

On Friday, January 24, 2025, crews started hauling dirt for the Williams Homes Creekside Develop project. Back in January 2025, Fillmore residents received a notice regarding the dirt hauling and Remedial Grading of export rock and dirt hauling for the Creekside Residential Development north of Fillmore city limits. The development location will be between Sespe Creek on west boundary and Goodenough Road to the east, north of B street. Hauling dates are from January 13 – May 15, 2025. Photo credit Gazette staff.
