Young women of Destiny is a program for young women from Middle School to High School age. The program promotes a sense of self worth, as young girls begin to make life plans now, instead of waiting until they graduate. By creating a solid life plan, as the girls grow and mature they will be prepared for the tough choices they will make in their personal and academic lives.
The Young Women of Destiny have teamed up with Digital Edge Photography to provide our community with an opportunity to honor our Mothers. As Mother’s Day approaches, what a wonderful way to tell your mom how much she is loved.
Photos of you and your mom will be taken on Saturday, May 3, 2008 from 3:00 pm to 7:00pm, at MelStone Cyber Café, in the El Pescador complex, at Ventura & D Street. The cost is $15.00 for an 8X10 color photograph. Please call 524-5807, or 524-7374 for more information.
