Help in filling out the form will be provided if needed. All other types of complaints, including complaints regarding personnel or instructional materials follow other board policies. The process for registering other complaints is: 1) if the complaint concerns a teacher, first contact the teacher. 2) if the complaints are not resolved by the teacher, contact the principal of the school, then the district superintendent, and finally the Board of Education.
