CLUBS
1. Sports Hall of Fame Club – meeting Monday at lunch in Mr. Dann’s room #36 to elect officers and discuss important information.
2. MENTOR PROGRAM - Last meeting Rm. 49, please try all mentors try to make it.
3. Prayer Club -Tuesday at lunch in room 2. We welcome everyone!
4. Dead Poets Club – elections for next year are rescheduled for Wednesday at lunch in the drama room.
5. Anime Club meeting on Monday and Thursday at lunch in room 34. Last meetings of the year.
6. Art Club meeting on Tuesday at lunch in Room 34. Last chance to turn in your field trip permission slip if you are going to the Tim Burton
exhibit on 6/6.
SENIORS:
1. Grad Nite Live – Mrs. Chaney & April Hastings will be here on WEDNESDAY at BREAK to collect money & permission slips. Please bring
any money you have from past fundraisers.
2. Night School will be held on Monday, the 23rd and Tuesday, the 24th. ALL WORK MUST BE TURNED IN NO LATER THAN THE 24TH.
3. The PASS Program will be held on Saturday the 21st. ALL WORK MUST BE COMPLETED BY THE 21ST.
JUNIORS:
1. Sorry about the confusion over the lunch meeting for AP Econ/AP Government. I didn’t know there was a rally schedule. There will be
another short meeting on Wednesday during tutorial in the library. Please show up at the beginning of tutorial - you’ll be out by lunch (if not
before).
FRESHMEN:
1. Are you college bound? Stand out from the rest and sign for AP European History. Informational meeting on Wed., May 25th at 12:40 in
Rm.64.
STUDENTS & STAFF:
1. The library will be closed ALL DAY on Friday, May 27th due to senior checkout/clearance. Seniors will be scheduled to come through with
their English class. Any senior who does not have an English class should see Ms Hoffman about getting a time to come in.
2. There are still t-shirts left over from Make-A-Wish! Come by the Student Store on Tuesday and Wednesday to buy one for $10.
STUDENTS:
1. YEARBOOKS – it’s not too late to purchase a yearbook. See Lynn in the Student Store! Cost is $80.
2. 2011-2012 PEP SQUAD TRY OUTS –PRACTICE – Monday – Thursday (5/23 – 5/26) from 3:30 – 5:00 in the front of the school. (BRING
YOUR PERMISSION SLIPS.) Try-outs FRIDAY, May 27th at 7:00 in the gym.
3. ASB CLASS OFFICER Election packets are available in the Student Store. Packets are due Wednesday 5/25. Elections will be Friday 5/27
before school, break and lunch.
4. R.O.P. students enrolled in Mrs. Beylik’s classes: Please pay your lab fees directly to her. Checks or money orders must be made out R.O.P.
5. If you haven’t picked up your Renaissance t-shirt, come by the Student Store Tuesday and Wednesday during regular lunch. It’s your last
chance to get one before the year is over.
6. ALL LOCKERS MUST BE CLEANED OUT BEFORE THE END OF SCHOOL. Anything left in the lockers will be thrown away on Friday,
June 3rd!
