SENIORS:
1. The senior class picture will be taken in the gym on Monday, January 24th at noon. All seniors need to wear their senior t-shirts and be on
time for the picture. Also, any student who makes an inappropriate gesture in the picture will be charged to have the picture corrected.
2. We want to get our sweatshirts done ASAP. Please turn in any ideas for designs to Ms. Schieferle or Lynn Cole in the Student Store.

STUDENTS:
1. WINTER FORMAL January 15th at the Memorial Building from 8 - midnight! Tickets on sale at break, lunch and after school in the Student
Store. Tickets - $35/Single & $60/Couple. The theme is Do You Believe in Magic?
2. Night School will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday after school at 3:15. Please be on time. Juniors and Seniors - if you failed a
class please see your counselor immediately.
3. The Pep Squad will be hosting a showcase on January 13th at 6:00 p.m. in the gym. Tickets will be sold for $5. Come
support the pep squad. Everyone is welcome. This is an opportunity to watch their competition routine.
4. Lions Club Speaker contest – February 7, 2011. LAST CHANCE TO ENTER! This year’s topic is Enforcing Our
Borders: State vs. Federal Rights. Fillmore winner gets $75 with a chance to win over $21,000. To enter see Mr. Overton in the
drama room or call Bill Edmonds at 524-4839.
5. BEAUTIFICATION DAY – is on the 22nd of January from 8 a.m. – 12 noon. Come help and assemble tables and clean the school to earn
community service hours. This open to the public, so invite your friends and family. Pizza will be served!
6. Students: It is very important that you understand that you cannot have any kind of knife, a real or pretend gun, paint ball guns, or any other
kind of weapon at school. You cannot make any kind of a threat to a student or staff member. You also cannot have or be under the
influence of any drug or have drug paraphernalia at school. Your school and our school board have ZERO tolerance for these things.
Students have been expelled for having these items at school. No excuse for not knowing that these things are not allowed at school will be
accepted. Take this seriously and help keep your school safe for you and everyone. These rules apply 24 hours a day, seven days a week,

1. Totally Rad! The upcoming production between FHS Drama and Sespe Players will be having auditions IN the Drama Room on January 12
– 14 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Come and audition if you want to be in the musical! TOTALLY RAD!!!
