Backyard fire knocked down

Fillmore Fire Department responded Thursday, Nov. 20th, at approximately 7:45pm, to a reported structure fire in the 1000 block of Howard St. Upon arrival, fire personal determined there was a large pile of camping gear and debris on fire in the backyard. Water was being applied by a bystander and fire personnel were able to extinguish the fire. No damage to the structure was reported.
