Bank Robbery

The suspect robbed a branch of Pacific Western Bank located at 550 North Moorpark Road Thursday afternoon. Nobody was injured during the heist, and the suspect fled the bank within minutes, carrying an undisclosed amount of cash. No weapon was seen, but the suspect alluded to being armed. The investigation is being handled by the sheriff’s department’s major crimes unit in conjunction with the FBI.
