not addressed by the Legislative Platform; and 3. Whether to participate in the annual League of California Cities City
Leaders’ Summit and, if so, discuss who will attend.

and 3. Authorize the final payment to the contractors of owed retention and Release on Contract pending clearance of the 30-
day lien period.
