Car Flips, Crashes into Orchard

On Friday, July 29th, 2022, at approximately 9:17pm, California Highway Patrol, Ventura County Fire, and AMR Paramedics were dispatched to a reported traffic collision in the 1900 block of Old Telegraph Road, Fillmore.
