RECOMMENDATION That the City Council introduce first reading of Ordinance 24-967, updating various sections within Fillmore Municipal Code (“FMC”) Chapter 8.06 for compliance with State and Federal law pertaining to the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination Systems (“NPDES”) program for municipal dischargers: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FILLMORE, CALIFORNIA, UPDATING PORTIONS OF THE CITY’S STORMWATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT REGULATIONS AND FINDING OF EXEMPTION FROM CEQA.
