Congratulations to Fillmore Police Chief Eduardo Malagon and Ewelina Malejewska on their graduation from the Leadership Excellence and Action Program (LEAP) for Managers! They were recognized at the Board of Supervisors this morning, along with their cohort. This program aims to cultivate a talented, diverse, and inclusive workforce emphasizing ethics, leadership, and effectiveness.
