At Tuesday night’s City Council meeting the City of Fillmore revealed the winner of this year’s 2024 Trunk of Treat People’s Choice Award. On October 31st, over 20 participants filled Central Avenue with spooky and creative and fun trunks to hand out candy to trick or treaters, as well as voting on their favorite trunk, which was Second Wave Therapy.
