Fillmore Unified Recognizes 2023 Indian Education Student of the Year & Retirees for Their Years of Dedication

The FUSD Board Members recognized this year’s Indian Education Student of the Year and Retirees. In no specific order with Doris Nichols: Art Teacher, Fillmore Middle School, 27 years; Jesus Garnica: Maintenance I, Maintenance Operations Transportation, 27 years; Debbie Tramel: Account Clerk II, District Office, 10 years; Vicki Murphy: Teacher, Mountain Vista Elementary, 41 years; and Manuel Halcon: HS Head Custodian, Fillmore High School, 37 years.
