Saint Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church of Fillmore presented an Installation Ceremony on Sunday, November 17 for their new pastor, Rev. Devassy Painadath, RCJ. A bi-lingual Mass was held at 11am with lunch following for several hundred parishioners (pictured). Fr. Dev came to Fillmore from a parish in Fresno, and many of its parishioners came to celebrate with him, along with The Most Reverend Slawomir Szkredka, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.
