The Sierra Northern Railways has been responsible for displaying a mile-long stream of graffiti-strewn railcars in Fillmore's backyard. It's a serious eyesore and an attractive nuisance which affects property values. The Gazette proposes to have Sierra clean-off the graffiti and maintain clean surfaces.
