Marcos Diego Sanchez of Fillmore was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the US Marine Corps. The ceremony took place at the Ventura cross on February 3, 2023. Marcos is currently in Quantico, Virginia, where he will remain for the next 6 to 9 months.
