On Wednesday, November 8, at 6:30 p.m., Fillmore Police Department, Fillmore City Fire, Ventura County Fire Department, and AMR Paramedics were dispatched to a reported 30-year-old male subject not breathing near the Santa Clara Riverbed, at Burlington and Orient Street. Arriving paramedics located the subject and treated the patient who was transported to a local hospital for an overdose. A large police and fire personnel presence responded.
