On Wednesday October 12th, 2022, at approximately at 6:00pm, Fillmore Deputies were seen with less lethal weapons (ie: pepper spray, tear gas, taser, etc.) along with their tactical gear for a subject that was reported swinging a shovel and belt on top of a roof in the Lemon Way Apartments.
