Pictured is the Sespe River bike path under the bridge by Fillmore’s Shiells Park on Sunday, January 15, filled with debris washed down for the mountain range above by heavy rains. Hundreds of feet of the levee along the bike path were washed away leaving behind the major debris, including large slabs of concrete from under the railroad tracks.
