At last week’s Rotary club meeting Fillmore City Manager Erika Herrera and newly appointed Assistant Manager Manuel “Manny” Minjares were the speakers at Fillmore Rotary. They presented several goals for 2025-2026: Revitalize downtown with new flowers, support businesses, make improvements and expand the parks and recreation, upgrade streets, paving and water infrastructure, and improve public communication and resident participation with coffee chats, digital tools, newsletters, events, and much more.
