On June 11, at approximately 2:07pm, Fillmore Patrol Deputies responded to a disturbance in the area of Third and Clay Street in the City of Fillmore. The Sheriff’s Communication Center received several calls reference hearing gunshots in the area. Upon arrival, deputies located evidence of a shooting. Detectives from the Sheriff’s Office West County Special Enforcement Unit and Major Crimes responded and were on scene to assist with the investigation.
