On Thursday, June 22, 2023, at 6:42am, Ventura County Fire Department, AMR Paramedics, and California Highway Patrol were dispatched to a traffic collision at westbound SR126 / Cavin Road, Fillmore. Arriving firefighters found a single vehicle off the roadway with front-end damage. The driver was transported to a local hospital, condition unknown.
