Small Brush Fire Possibly Caused by Fireworks

On Saturday, June 15, at 8:24 p.m., the Fillmore Fire Department and Ventura County Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire in the 300 block of Foothill Drive. While firefighters were on the way, smoke and flames could be seen in the neighborhood. Fillmore fire chief reported a small brush fire with no structural threat.
