On Thursday afternoon, February 6th, Fillmore Fire Department responded to a hazardous condition report behind Ay! Chihuahua’s restaurant, due to a reported strong smell of oil. Firefighters arrived on scene and evaluated the situation, observing an unknown type of oil running down the alley gutter. It was unclear where the oil was coming from.
