UPDATE: Santa Paula Area Sexual Assaults, Police Asking Public To Help Identify Suspects

Residents cautioned to be aware of any suspicious subjects
The suspect from the February incident (S1) is described as a Hispanic male, between 35 and 45 years old. He was between 5’8” and 6’0” tall with a large belly. He was wearing a dark colored hooded sweatshirt and faded blue jeans. He was further described as having a round face with “chubby cheeks” and discolored teeth. Sketch “S1” is a depiction of the suspect. The suspect from the May incident (S2) was described as a White male, between 20 and 30 years old. He was about 5’7” tall with a medium build. He was wearing dark clothing, including a hooded sweatshirt, and dark sunglasses. Sketch “S2” is a depiction of the suspect. On the mornings of February 26, 2013 and May 20, 2013, sexual assaults were reported in the area of Santa Paula Street and Peck Road. Both assaults occurred in the unincorporated area, west of the City of Santa Paula. The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying these suspects.
