Water, Water Everywhere!

On Wednesday, October 19th, 2022, Fillmore Fire Department and AMR Paramedics were dispatched to a reported heavy traffic collision at River Street and Lemon Lane, Fillmore. Instead of a TC, firefighters found a gushing fire hydrant, apparently caused by an errant forklift operator. Firefighters were able to shut down the hydrant before it caused too much damage, no injuries were reported. Public works remained on scene, and the forklift operator went somewhere to dry out.
