Gaspar “Jess” Barragan, 79, passed into the arms of his beloved Savior on Saturday, July 14, 2018. In addition to his parents, Gaspar was preceded in death by his brother Lee Barragan and son Manuel Barragan. Gaspar will forever be remembered by his wife Anne Barragan, and his loving children Gwynne Weinreb, Yvette Miller, Traci (Brandon) Chewning, Jeffrey Barragan, (Fiance Justine Rosales) and Heather Barragan. Gaspar is the brother of Rachel Brown, Armida Martin, Diane Choubin, Ben Barragan, and Steve Barragan. He will greatly be missed by his grandchildren Frank, Erik, Sam, Ashley, Nichole, Alex, James Jr, Annalise, Leah, Brandon Jr, Jace, baby boy Barragan, and his 8 great-grandchildren.
In honor of Gaspar, a memorial service will be held at Skillin-Carroll Mortuary on July 28, 2018 at 11am.
